    MAT is a leading touring 

    theatre company. We are 

    dedicated to telling  

    stories. Our aim is to take 

    stories, myths and legends

    from different cultures and 

    traditions, and retell them in 

    new ways. 

    Our work blends the ancient

    and the modern, the mythical

    and the real, the classical

    and the contemporary. 

    We tour to theatres, community

    venues and schools throughout 

    the Midlands and beyond.
